The Fondy Farm Feast happens at the Fondy Farm and features farm tours, farmer and chef conversations, beverages, appetizers, and a sit down multi course meal by some of Milwaukee’s best farm to table chefs. The 2019 line up will be announced soon, last year’s line up included Dane Baldwin (The Diplomat); Caitlin Cullen (Tandem); Justin Johnson (Sustainable Kitchens); Greg Leon (Amilinda);Dave Swanson (Braise); and the new Slow Food WiSE Team of Chef Board Members
Date/Time: Sunday August 25th, 2018; 3pm-sunset
Location: The Fondy Farm @ Mequon Nature Preserve 10150 N Swan Rd, Mequon, WI 53097!
Dress: Wear whatever you like, but keep in mind that you’ll be dining in a farm field.
Entertainment: Live music by the Sliphorn Jazz Band (members of Extra Crispy Brass Band) & tractor tours will start at 3 and continue until dinner at 5 PM
Food & Beverage: Every course (and some of the drinks) features produce grown by Fondy Farmers on the Farm. Both Traditional & Vegan/Gluten-free meal options available. Beer, wine, kombucha, fresh juice, specialty cocktail, and water available. Passed appetizers are served during cocktail hour, followed by a five course sit-down meal.
