Fondy Food Center was created to ensure the supply of healthy food to Milwaukee’s Northside residents. Now Fondy is excited to embark on work to create healthy, local food in neighborhoods across Milwaukee!
The Milwaukee Farmers Market Connection—Healthy, Local Food Access for ALL Milwaukeeans. This new project, funded by the Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program, aims to convene interested farmers markets, organizations and individuals to increase access to, and utilization of, farmers markets by building capacity to serve low income consumers and by attracting diverse clientele with the long-term impact of increasing produce intake within Milwaukee area communities.
